I suppose it shouldn’t surprise me that when ZapThink predicts the demise of enterprise IT there are still heated reactions.
Comparing IT with office furniture is awful and adequately to only those who sit on their heads. This is why I have doubts in the serious tone of ZapThink.
A Crisis Point must both be game- changing as well as unexpected.
