Event Registration
SOA Training & Certification - LZA Boot Camp

Prework, Equipment, Preparation Materials Needed
No prework or prior preparation is needed for the class. A laptop computer is optional. Internet access may or may not be provided at the facilities. All training materials will be provided in class.

Costs
Hotel / lodging costs not included in the training fees. Morning break, lunch, and afternoon breaks during course are included. Attendees are responsible to cover their own costs of lodging and hotel. All prices listed are Post-tax amounts. All our prices are net after taxes, and any taxes are to be borne by customers. ZapThink not accept any withholdings on amounts payable to ZapThink. All such withholdings and taxes are the responsiblity of the attendee.

Payment & Refunds
Payments via credit card will be made in US Dollars, converted from the currency stated above by the credit card company. ZapThink is not responsible for additional fees imposed by card holder's  credit card company or discrepancies in the currency conversion at the time of the charge. Registration fees paid are non-refundable, and cancellations of attendance or no-shows will not result in any refund if cancellation is made less than thirty (30) days from the date of the event.

Consent for Recording
ZapThink or third parties on its behalf may make recordings (including, but not limited to, audio, video and/or photographic recordings). Portions of the ZapThink events will be video and audio recorded for ZapThink's business purposes, and may be published via the Internet and/or other means. By attending the event, you consent to your image and voice appearing in such recordings. Further, ZapThink or third parties acting on its behalf, may, at its/their sole discretion, edit and/or mix any Recordings and/or transfer, in whole or in part, any Recordings to productions in any media now known or later developed ("Productions") and sell, broadcast internally or externally by any means including, without limitation, over the Internet or otherwise use the Productions, as a whole or in segments, for information, training, promotional, marketing or any other business purposes. The Productions may, without limitation, be transmitted to and broadcast in the USA and overseas. I further grant to the recording entity permission to capture my name, likeness, image, voice, appearance, opinions and/or performance (individually and collectively referred to below as "Personal Traits") in any Recordings. I acknowledge and agree that Recordings and Productions containing my Personal Traits may be utilized as set forth in this agreement. I waive any right I may have to inspect or approve the original Recordings of the events or any subsequent Productions. I agree not to ever assert any moral rights which I may have in the Recordings and/or Productions now or in the future. I release ZapThink and any third parties acting on its/their behalf, jointly and severally, from any and all claims and liabilities for damages for libel, slander, invasion of privacy or any other claim or liability based on the use of my Personal Traits, the Recordings and/or the Productions, as the case may be. I acknowledge and agree that ZapThink disclaims, and reserves the right to publicly disclaim, any endorsement, approval, sponsorship or other support of me and/or the contents of my presentation, or liability for the accuracy, validity or appropriateness of the contents of my presentation or participation. I acknowledge and agree that I may not make any recordings at the event without obtaining the prior written consent of ZapThink.

Credentials Attendance at an LZA Boot camp is not a guarantee of receipt of any particular level of LZA credential. To receive an LZA credential, you must meet the conditions for granting as defined above for each LZA credential level. If you attend an LZA boot camp and are unable to qualify for an LZA credential, you will be given the opportunity to attend another LZA boot camp within 12 months for no additional cost. LZA credentials are only valid for a period of 12 months from granting of the credential.LZA bootcamps are offered multiple times a year at designated training locations. Class sizes are limited to no more than fifty (50) so that we can properly credential each individual architect. Payments via credit card will be made in US Dollars. Please note that ZapThink will contact you after purchase to obtain the actual registered attendees names and contact information. Registration fees paid are non-refundable, and cancellations of attendance or no-shows will not result in any refund if cancellation is made less than thirty (30) days from the date of the event.
