Submitted by John Joseph Roets of createTank at the LZA Boot Camp in Baltimore, MD in May 2007

This is a technical architecture diagram, IBM WebSphere centric, for a proposed SOA initiative.

Feedback and comments welcome.

  1. My two cents :

    1. As far as WebSphere* technology is concerned, seems too generic.

    2. Too high level a view to depict the interaction between the components. But, maybe that is the intention of this schematic.

  2. Yes, the intention was to evaluate the entire suite for its utilization of open standards.
That is, whether individual components may be used (and used well) apart from the rest of the suite.

  3. Newer post here provides a bit more information and more diagrams which might help out.
