While SOA technologies and development approaches are increasingly well known, true SOA Governance remains a mystery for most organizations. What government agencies of all types and sizes need is a pragmatic approach to SOA that guides the practitioner through the maze of technology and hype, allowing them to first determine the right practices and architecture for their unique needs, then select technologies and manage them going forward.
