Prabhakar Malireddy serves as president and CEO for SourcePulse, an SOA consulting and systems integration company. Before cofounding SourcePulse, he worked as a director of engineering at Commerce One, where he was responsible for the development of their Web Services registry and composite application development platform. He is currently consulting with Texas Health and Human Services as a chief information architect and leading the SOA development and the data standardization efforts.
Prabhakar holds a Ph. D. in computer science and developed a comprehensive methodology for integrating semantically heterogeneous databases as part his doctoral work. Later, he joined Sloan School of Management at MIT and published several research papers in the areas of data quality management and semantic interoperability.

Frank Grossman serves as Mindreef’s president and technology leader. Grossman helped found Mindreef on the belief that the evolving migration to highly distributed applications and SOA will require collaborative tools at the XML software layer. Grossman and Jim Moskun previously founded of NuMega Technologies, Inc., the developer of the award winning Soft-Ice, BoundsChecker and DevPartner products and leaders in the Windows error detection and debugging market. NuMega was successfully sold to Compuware Corporation. Prior to co-founding NuMega, Frank worked at Wang Laboratories where he worked with Jim Moskun. Frank Grossman brings more than 20 years of intense technical expertise in the development of software tools. Grossman holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Bowling Green University.
